About Me

With a genuine passion and all-round wealth of HR knowledge, I put HR matters into practical terms.

I love working with Manufacturing and Engineering businesses - seeing how things are made in practice. Having worked across a breadth of sectors including: Consumer Goods, Infrastructure, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, Telecommunications, Automotive, NHS & Charity; I bring deep knowledge and experience from working closely with a range of organisations large and small.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development - the professional body for HR) I am a believer in continuous professional development, and stay up to date with changing practices and employment law.

I am based in the beautiful Cotswolds with my family, but given the digital age in which we live, I am able to support you remotely, or in person - across the UK. Get in touch to meet for a coffee and see how I can support you and your business (either in person or virtually!)

My Story

I have spent more than two decades in-house as an HR professional at a variety of organisations, many of these within Manufacturing and Engineering. Most recently as HR Manager at JDE Peets coffee factory in Oxfordshire. Having led through a large reorganisation, I am now excited to be embarking with my own HR consultancy business.
